BA Hons Graphic Design students Cameron McCully and Ryan Christopher have just returned from a two-week internship at the internationally renowned British Vogue Magazine in London! Cameron and Ryan, who are both studying year one of the University of Salford degree here at Carmel University Centre, found this opportunity to be invaluable.

Cameron said: “Through the brilliant opportunities available at Carmel, I was offered this amazing internship. It was a great experience and I gained a real insight into the magazine industry. The skills I have developed will help me with my degree course and my career later in life. Thanks Carmel!”

Ryan commented: “I feel really lucky to have been given the chance to work at British Vogue. My time spent there will be something I never forget, gaining valuable industry skills and knowledge that I will definitely take into my future career.”

Graphic Design Tutor, Dave Fox said: “It’s great to see our students benefitting from their experience at Vogue. The internships at the renowned fashion magazine are another unique feature of the degree course at Carmel and have seen several students gaining additional placements and employment.”
