This morning our Chaplain, Kath, organised a ‘Speed-faithing’ event to mark Interfaith Week.
This event was a fantastic opportunity to strengthen interfaith relations and increase understanding between people of religious and non-religious beliefs. It was lovely to welcome our external visitors who sat with students and staff to chat informally, ask questions and find out more about their faith. It was a chance to see what we have in common too, whether it’s family values, shared interests or hopes for the future. The session ended with a lovely vegan buffet lunch in the Chaplaincy. What a great way to share information and form connections! Many thanks to Kath for organising such a fantastic event and to all our visitors for taking the time to come into college.
