Yesterday afternoon we welcomed Professor Balázs Szendrői from St Peter’s College, Oxford.

His Maths Workshop gave some of our talented Maths students the opportunity to think differently about geometrical problems. They investigated the relationship between reflections, rotations and translations on the x-y plane.

Professor Szendrői also held a question and answer session for those students interested in applying to Oxford University.

This was a fantastic opportunity for our students who benefitted greatly from the sessions.
