Over the summer, 7 coaches of young people across the Liverpool Archdiocese have been volunteering their time to care for sick pilgrims on pilgrimage in Lourdes. Mollie Swadkins, our SEND Learning Mentor, has been as a member of staff on coach 2 leading the Knowsley Youth. She also took her little boy who has enjoyed the whole experience!

Mollie said “it has been an amazing, as always, especially to see the young people working so hard and it has been great to have a good representation of Carmel College students past and present here this week.”

The application forms for Lourdes 2023 is out in October, all young people ages 15-22 across the archdiocese are welcome. If any of our students would like any more information, please see Mollie or Kathryn, our chaplain in college in September.
