Budding author and former student Ben Ramsey called into college this week to lets us know that one of his stories has been published! Ben entered a writing competition that he had seen on Facebook and his story ‘Cyanophobia’, along with 24 others, was chosen for the book ‘Young Writers’ Anthology 2016′ published by Electric Reads.

Ben came to Carmel from St Cuthbert’s High School and studied English Lang & Lit, Film Studies and History. He is currently studying English and Film at the University of Salford and hopes to have more of his work published in the future. Well done Ben!
