Twenty seven of our Lower Sixth, BTEC Business and A Level Business and Economics students had an amazing time in London!

The students enjoyed a tour of the Financial District. It was fascinating to see how the city has changed from a commercial trading centre to the world’s largest financial centre. They looked at several different businesses including stocks, shares, investment banking and more. This has helped students become more knowledgeable about of the job opportunities available in this sector.

The group also visited Netflix Headquarters and listened to a talk from the HR Director at Netflix about culture changes and core values, which was a fantastic opportunity.

The students also managed to squeeze in a spot of sightseeing and visited The Shard, The London Dungeon and also went on a river boat cruise along the Thames.
