Saturday 8th June saw the launch of our iconic Bazaar Exhibition; a unique gallery experience celebrating artwork by students. Bazaar 2024 features a diverse range of work from all of our Art & Design courses and is a real celebration of our students’ hard work, creativity and innovation.

As part of the launch, aspiring student models strutted their stuff on the catwalk showcasing garments designed by Fashion & Textile Design students, proving to be a massive hit with friends, family and members of the public. The garments are a wonderful embodiment of perspective and unique expression, it was fantastic to see them brought to life on the runway.

It was great to see so many people there, enjoying the diverse range of creative work on display, with the fashion show being a particular highlight! Carmel staff are very proud to host this exhibition in the town centre, at the heart of the local community, raising the profile of creative education and celebrating its power.”

We are incredibly proud of all the hard work that has gone into producing a public exhibition with such a diverse and vibrant array of talent on display. If you’d like to see our students’ artistry for yourself, the exhibition is situated in St Mary’s Market and continues until Wednesday 26th June 2024.
