Earlier this week, Lower Sixth students from A Level Photography and the UAL Art & Design Diploma spent the day in Manchester to put their photography skills to the test.
The trip was a great opportunity for our students to take a series of photographs for their current assignment which will form part of their coursework. The day began at Piccadilly Train Station which provided lots of scope for taking photographs. They then walked along the canal paths towards the Deansgate area where they had chance to take in the sights of the city centre. The group also got to visit Manchester Art Gallery before heading back to Piccadilly. It was a really enjoyable day providing our students with some fantastic hands-on practical experience!
