Thirty of our A Level Law students had a fantastic opportunity to visit the city of London recently.
Whilst they were there, the group enjoyed a brief walk through Westminster where they saw the Houses of Parliament, Downing Street and Horse Guards Parade, before reaching the iconic Trafalgar Square. It was at this point where our students had the chance to explore the culturally diverse city by themselves. Many students went to see the shopping Meccas of Oxford St and Covert Garden, while others visited the more traditional tourist areas such as Buckingham Palace. Some of our students even managed to fit in a visit to the Supreme Court and were lucky enough to sit in the Judges’ chairs in the highest court in the land!
Later that afternoon the group met up to enjoy the Houses of Parliament Tour. They got to see the chambers for the Commons and the Lords and found out some really interesting information from their tour guide.
We are pleased to report that all our students thoroughly enjoyed this brilliant experience.
