Congratulations to former student, Frankie Lennon, who recently attended a celebration in the gardens of Buckingham Palace, where he received his Gold Duke of Edinburgh Award.

Achieving the Gold Award shows you have the skills, determination and mentality to succeed and this is celebrated with a presentation at the Palace. Frankie, along with hundreds of young people who had also achieved the award, met many inspiring people during the day. HRH Princess Beatrice spoke to their group and Frankie also got to meet many famous faces, including Actor, David Bradley, who played Mr Filch in the Harry Potter films!

Congratulations to Frankie and all our students who took part in the Duke of Edinburgh Programme this year.  Many thanks also to our wonderful staff for co-ordinating our DofE programme, arranging and accompanying students on their expeditions and for providing support and motivation!
