A group of our Upper Sixth Photography and Art Foundation students along with tutors, Kevin Crooks, Danielle Edgson and Mark Bradley, travelled to Paris to attend ‘Paris Photo’, the world’s largest international art fair dedicated to the photographic medium.
Located at the historic Grand Palais, the fair is an annual event held for collectors, professionals, artists and enthusiasts. With over 180 galleries, exhibitions, talks, signature sessions and much more, the students found the trip invaluable.
They managed to squeeze in a spot of sightseeing too, visiting Musee d’Orsay, Musee de l’Orangerie and the Pompidou Centre, along with a number of popular sights around Paris.
