My time at university so far has been amazing and I have met some lovely people. I'm really happy with my choice of course as I'm enjoying the modules we've done so far and I feel like I've fitted in well. Also I've been able to spend a lot of time in the laboratories doing lots of hands-on practicals with animals. I have joined the conservation society where I've met new people from my course and other animal related degrees. This society is all about keeping wildlife safe and to do this we've done beach cleans and some charity work. My plans for the future have changed slightly as after my Zoology degree, I'm looking into doing a PhD in statistics through zoology research and then I hope to continue my studies to do another degree in veterinary medicine.
“During my time at Carmel I have had some amazing times and have met some incredible people. The tutors have been so supportive and built my confidence for the future.
